Meet Pastor Tim Johnson and his wife Karen.
Pastor Tim was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He is the son of a Pastor. Tim graduated from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL in 1985. He is Ordained as a Minister of the Gospel in The Wesleyan Church. He is also a member of the nondenominational International Ministerial Fellowship of Minneapolis, MN.
Karen was born in Georgia. She is a 2007 graduate of the Biblical Studies Program of Victory World Ministry Training Center in Norcross, GA. She also holds a professional license in Aesthetics. Her “professional” career has centered around volunteerism at private and public schools, homeless shelters, migrant farmworkers agencies, hospitals, and churches.
Tim and Karen were married in 1994. They have one child in heaven. They went into fulltime ministry in 2002. During the past almost 20 years they have served as Adult Ministries Pastor (small groups/outreach), Children’s Pastor on two occasions, and Senior Pastor of two churches: one in south Georgia and the other in Tuscaloosa.
Tim and Karen are very excited to be here in the Wetumpka area. They look forward to getting to know their new Grace Point family.
